If you're reading this at 10pm on a Tues night, I'd already be on the first coach out of here! Been waiting for this trip like for ages. Going with my chums from TCD (inspired by all of us wanting a vacation somewhere soon). No idea what's in store & this would technically be my first Asian trip, parent-less, so kinda excited & yet on high alert.
The rainy weather in island SG hasn't been of much encouragement to the days leading up to the trip. Praying hard weather will clear there & we'll get plenty of sun for beach activities. Also hoping to cross over to Langkawi for a day trip! Forecast says it's showers with thunder over several areas but oh God... please be merciful! Haha!
Past week has been busy (as usual). Think most memorable & relaxed day would be the Carehut Family Camp'07! The best out of it all was the fellowship with my colleagues & seeing the children break out of their shell. Really think that the unfamiliar environment does miracles in revealing a child's character. Placing 35 kids in NIE all split into groups outside their usual click. Yup. Definitely out of their comfort zone. Fantastic! Anyways was really happy to see some of the kids take up leadership after all the months of being overshadowed by others.
Hmm... there are actually plenty of updates but I'm kinda lazy to type them all down. Haha!
